[Abstract]:

The delivery ceremony of 5000seats Academy of Classical Chinese & Arts of Oran University undertaken by the Algeria Branch of Zhongding International took place at local time of January 9th, 2021. Abdelbaki Benziane, Minister of Higher Education & Scientific Research, Hamou Ahmed, Principal of 1st University of Oran Province, Balaska Smain, Principal of 2nd University of Oran Province, Ayssi Fouad, Director of Housing & Public Facilities of Oran Province, other relevant officials along with the project leaders all attended the ceremony, during which, Abdelbaki Benziane cut the ribbon for the project and planted a green plant that symbolizes wellbeing.
