China-aided Chad Project: Advancing Team Flew in to Initiate "Combat" Mode

      On November 14, with the care, advice and blessing of leaders at all levels, the advance team of China-aided Chad project stepped on the road to Ndjamena, the capital of Chad to implement a foreign aid project,  After safe landing and one week isolation, the advance team members immediately initiated the "combat" mode and began to promote various works, holding the highly responsible attitude of "no trivial matter in foreign aid".
