Zhongding International Import and Export Company: Dingyuan Construction SDF Tunnel Construction Special Air Blower  Successfully Exported to Vietnam

On May 9, Jiangxi Dingyuan Construction Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhongding International Import and Export company, successfully exported six SDF tunnel construction air blowers with complete intellectual property rights to Vietnam Dong’an Trade and Service Joint Stock Company after unremitting efforts. This marks the successful entry of another tunnel construction industrial product into the Southeast Asian market after the import and export company planned to deploy the Indonesian coal trade business this year.

Since its establishment, Jiangxi Dingyuan Construction Technology Co., Ltd. has, on the one hand, strengthened the quality improvement of its own brand of construction elevators for its main business, on the other hand, focused on the favorable situation of the rapid economic development of Southeast Asian countries, and constantly opened up new markets in Southeast Asian countries. Through trade cooperation in Southeast Asia, the company learned that Vietnam’s infrastructure market has a great demand for special air blowers for tunnel construction. Then it immediately organized technical forces for research & development and successfully completed the trial production and vehicle inspection of special air blowers for tunnel construction, passed the experimental test from Vietnam Dong'an Trade and Service Co., Ltd. at one time, and therefore successfully signed the export contract.

On May 10, six air blowers have been loaded onto the vehicle and sent to the customs collection and delivery place to be exported to Vietnam for inspection. Dingyuan Construction will take the export of air blowers to Vietnam as an opportunity to further increase product research and development efforts. It will start to research and develop explosion-proof air blowers for mine tunnels and obtain coal safety certificates for mine-specific explosion-proof air blowers so as to upgrade products and expand the market space.

The special air blower for SDF tunnel construction adopts counter-rotating and counter-series structure, large wheel-to-hub ratio design, high wind pressure, and can be used alone in short distances. This type of air blower can also be matched with a PVC air guide tube to ventilate the tunnel under construction to discharge gun smoke.
